We have an immediate need for several high-energy, self-starting, and performance-oriented candidates for the following positions:

Project Superintendent with AHCA, (Agency for Health Care Administration) experience. Duties will include, but not be limited to: coordination and oversight of subcontractors, to assure overall compliance with schedule requirements, budget and quality control, as well as adherence to the Zirkelbach Safety program. Additionally, there will be interaction with the client, design professionals and AHCA representatives. Familiarity with AHCA walk throughs, inspections and certifications is required. The need is immediate with this local project starting in May of 2008 and having a duration of 8 to 9 months. Salary commensurate with experience.

Project Manager: Duties will include all phases of commercial construction, including estimating, buy-out, critical path scheduling and governmental permitting. Salary commensurate with experience.
