First Priority Bank
Five facilities, which were either new construction
or exterior/interior renovations located
in Bradenton, Florida.
This project exhibits our ability to secure
and retain a single client but also illustrate
expertise in projects of differing size
and complexity. We consider this one of
our “continuing service” clients due to
the fact that we do provide significant
contribution to each and every one of their
projects. Specifically, our impacts to these
four projects have included land acquisition
services, economical design, site and building
permit expedition, management of an owner
direct purchase program and the fast tracking
of the construction activities.
We have provided both individual
metrics relative to budgets and schedules
as well as a cumulative perspective of these
four projects. It goes without saying that
the impact Zirkelbach Construction had on
the final results of these projects was
significant as we continue to be the designer
and builder of choice where First Priority
Banks are concerned.
