Bruce joined Zirkelbach Construction as in-house counsel from Cleveland, Ohio in March 2004. Bruce has both practical and legal experience in the commercial construction industry as his family owned one of the larger general commercial construction companies in the Cleveland area.

Bruce is a 1988 graduate from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Since graduation Bruce has been in private practice and involved in representing his family's construction company as well as many owners, subcontractors, material suppliers and homebuilders.

Bruce has extensive background in counseling small business owners and start-up enterprises. He also served as chair of the Cleveland Bar Association Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law Section from 2002-2003. Bruce was hired to assist the company with the many complex transactions that are required by its clients. He is able to provide in-house legal services that help reduce downtime and increase efficiencies in its dealings with owners and others.
